Schedule Details:

Our Sales Center operates 7 days per week. Shifts starting at 8:00AM will be assigned following completion of training, based on business needs.

Additional Responsibilities Include:
• Present vacation ownership product information to clients as provided on the approved Company's fact sheet.
• Tour location campus and product demonstration with clients.
• Build and maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow-up assistance for customer happiness.
• Apply various forms of communication (e.g. in-person, telephone, email and other written correspondence) to work with clients.
• Attend department meetings for key information regarding HGV products and updates.

Schedule:

Workweek schedules and various shifts are available and will be determined based on operational needs.

Typical Guide shifts are as follows:

Guide and Lead Guide:

7am-9:30pm and are an average of 10-12 hours per day on a 4-day shift

Work hours may be adjusted due to operational needs

Employees will clock in 10 minutes before their scheduled shift and be prepared to enter direct care at the start of their shift

Overtime may be required until relief staff is on-site, or if extra staffing is needed

Physical Demands:

The role of a Program Guide is physically demanding, please communicate in writing any accommodations you may need related to the following parameters: With or without reasonable accommodation, the physical and mental requirements of this job may include the following: seeing, hearing, speaking, and writing clearly. Desired Skills/Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferable, specifically in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Farming/Agroecology, or Outdoor Education/Leadership OR a minimum of two years relevant experience
• Experience is preferred in Rites of Passage, Education, Horticultural Therapy, Health and Wellness, 12 Step Recovery, Gardening, and/or experience in Therapeutic Settings such as Wilderness Therapy or Residential Treatment Centers Valid driver's license with a clean record

Schedule

Summer only Position

Workweek schedules and various shifts are available and will be determined based on operational needs. Typical Guide shifts are as follows:
• Guide and Lead Guide: 7am-9:30pm and are an average of 10-12 hours per day on a 4-day shift
• Work hours may be adjusted due to operational needs
• Employees will clock in 10 minutes before their scheduled shift and be prepared to enter direct care at the start of their shift
• Overtime may be required until relief staff is on-site, or if extra staffing is needed

• $38,000-$42,000 yearly, DOE
